The “Vitello” (veal) you see on the logo is named Gioele.
Gioele was created by Bob Noto, a great gourmet, photographer, genius of taste and aesthetics, but above all a beloved friend.
In 2001, in Turin, I opened Le Vitel Etonné, a Piedmontese cuisine restaurant whose name is a play on words between French and Piedmontese, between the “astonished” expression of Vitello Gioele and the typical and very Piedmontese vitel tonné, our cult dish.
Gioele’s House is a small retreat for curious tourists looking to discover our city and our flavors or for those who need to relax after work commitments.
Enjoy your relax
