The Vitel Etonné is not just a restaurant; it’s an everyday act of love and joy, of exploration, trust, creativity, and art.
It takes patience and the dedication that only love provides to wash, crack, and separate hundreds of eggs every day to produce fresh pasta.
It takes exploration to identify excellent raw materials, and it takes trust to nurture relationships with the farmers and breeders we’ve been collaborating with for many years.
Slow Food presidia, Fassone beef, eggs from controlled supply chains, alpine cheeses, fresh vegetables from local farmers, and many other excellences are selected each time to create classic recipes from Piedmontese cuisine and beyond.
Vitel is located right in the heart of Turin, just steps away from the city’s most important tourist attractions: the Royal Palace, the Egyptian Museum, the Risorgimento Museum, the Cinema Museum, and connected to the Porta Nuova and Porta Susa train stations.
From Tuesday to Saturday the kitchen is open from 12 pm to 11 pm. On Sundays, the kitchen is open from 12 pm to 3:30 pm.
All our daily menu items are also available for takeout.
